Enjoy locally produced, locally consumed soba noodles
made from buckwheat flour grown in Chitose's Komasato district

Directly operated by an agricultural cooperative that specializes in buckwheat produced in the Komasato district of Chitose. Koma Soba House takes pride in its buckwheat flour which is milled daily in the limited amount that can be made in the on-site stone flour mill. The ground flour is mixed with Chitose water from Naibetsukawa Yusui Spring, which made the list of Japan's Selected 100 Exquisite and Well-Conserved Waters. It is then formed into noodles and boiled to produce "Ni-Hachi Soba", which is two parts udon flour to eight parts soba flour. "Chicken Giblet Soba" from Chitose-grown chicken (¥950) is a taste you can enjoy only in this locality.
