Shinshintei

Warm soba dish "Shinshin" (¥950) uses scallops from southern Hokkaido and log-grown shiitake mushrooms.

Set your heart at ease amidst beautiful flowers and trees
as you enjoy a relaxing meal of Japanese soba noodles

This time-honored restaurant was founded by the proprietor's grandfather and has been loved by the local people for many years. Regardless of the season, you can always get both cold soba, which has the keen fragrance of freshly made noodles, and warm soba served in a mellow-tasting soup that is slightly sweet. If you want something cold, "Cold Sea Urchin Soba" is recommended. If you're after something hot, try "Hot Sea Urchin Soba with Scrambled Egg". Either way, enjoy a relaxing time gazing at a Japanese garden that changes with the seasons.
