The restaurant takes the same approach to meals as to sweets, using mainly Hokkaido-grown ingredients, and the menu is extensive. They also have local beer made in a factory on the premises, and you can try all 3 kinds to compare. "Oni Densetsu" (Legend of the Demon) beer has won various awards, and you can take a tour of the factory, sample the beer, and buy some to take with you.
