"Nachu no Mori", which opened in July 2018, is a complex that includes a factory that makes skin care products with water from Lake Kuttara in Shiraoi-cho, which prides itself on being one of the clearest water sources in Japan. There is also an esthetic salon, direct-sale shop, and a restaurant. The recently remodeled "Natural Garden" (fee), which reopened in July 2019, is a charming spot to take a rest with children and is considered eminently Instagrammable by female tourists.

The menu has an array of dishes made with pure spring water from Lake Kuttara, along with brand ingredients that are the pride of Shiraoi-cho, like Kojohama cod roe and Shiraoi beef. Try their gorgeous lunch plate or fresh-baked pizza. Or order off the "Employee Cafeteria Menu", which is popular with locals. The "Lunch Buffet" held on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays features a spread of items made from ingredients carefully picked by the choosy chef.
