The proprietor's father, the previous owner, gained experience at a large ranch in the United States and returned to Japan to raise livestock, open a butcher's shop, and ultimately a restaurant. "Select Barbeque Lunch", which is available only on weekdays, is ordered by the gram. The beef has just the right amount of marbling so that you can appreciate the meatiness of the lean.
