Ushi no Sato gets it beef directly from the Ranch, which raises the cows on its own unique blend of grain-based feed. The meat is then quickly grilled over high heat to bring out its rich flavor and heady aroma. The menu also includes reasonably priced items like the "Yakiniku Lunch Set", sold only on weekdays, and the "Shiraoi Beef Burger", which you can order until 16:00.
