The previous proprietor started a ranch after settling in Hokkaido and since then has made repeated efforts to improve the cattle-raising environment and feed, etc. The restaurant was opened to let customers taste the safely, healthfully raised beef under the best possible conditions. Most of the cows are pedigreed stock from which Japan's highest-grade meat is obtained. They are fattened up on the ranch and guaranteed to be delicious. One of the attractions of a directly managed store is that you can enjoy unusual cuts that a single head of cattle only yields in small amounts.
