This coffee house, which opened in 1977, offers a bountiful menu featuring dishes made with local ingredients like Shiraoi beef and Kojohama cod roe, as well as items like "Shiraoi Burger". Proprietor Noriko Hashimoto also operates a ceramic ware studio with the aim of presenting the menu in handmade earthenware. She now uses earthenware made by local artists in the restaurant, and it is also exhibited and sold in the studio.
