A warm, restorative, and great-tasting menu
made with Shiraoi ingredients
in a healing space with seasonal vistas of a mountain range

This pale green building stands amidst a landscape of verdant forest and farmland with a vast stretch of villas equipped with hot springs. When you take your shoes off and step inside, you will see the Shiraoi Miyama mountain range through the windows of the all-white interior, and if you are lucky, you will also see the peak of Mt. Tarumaesan. Owner USAMI Shigemi opened the cafe with the wish of making it into a "healing space where all the local people can relax", and she will serve you meals made from local ingredients and seasonings from her hometown of Uwajima in Ehime Prefecture.

At the entrance, there is a corner where ingredients from Shiraoi and Ehime are sold, and the bread from the local bakery "Malcove" is also popular. The private room can also be used as rental space, and they accept reservations for groups of up to 10 people.

The cafe's greatest attraction is the vast vista that spreads out before your eyes as you gaze through the windows. It is sure to soothe the soul of the visitor, whether you come amidst the brilliant greens of spring, the golds and reds of autumn, or the pure white expanse of winter. You can also enjoy birdwatching there, as a variety of wild birds flit to and fro amidst the surrounding trees.

"We serve everything on Tobeyaki earthenware from Umeyama Kiln in Ehime. We are located in an area with no other stores around, so we would like both local customers and tourists to take their time and enjoy the scenery. Sometimes mother deer with fawns will appear before your eyes. We think this abundantly natural location is sure to please."
