This is the main store of the "Shikisya no Mori Fleur Blanc" chain, which has 3 stores inside the city of Tomakomai. The breads are mainly made with wheat flour produced in Hokkaido, and their motto is to put safety first and make a wide variety of items in small quantities so that everything is freshly baked, fried, or prepared. We also recommend that you take along some sweets as a souvenir. They are made under the supervision of a pâtissier who won the Grand Prix in the "First Sapporo Sweets Competition".
