Use of Go To Travel Regional Coupons

Go To Travel Regional Coupons (paper coupons only) may be used to purchase tickets for admission to Upopoy from October 1, 2020.

* As a result of the temporary suspension of the Go To Travel campaign by the Japanese government, Go To Travel Regional Coupons cannot currently be accepted.

Please note that acceptance of coupons varies at shops, restaurants, etc. within Upopoy. Please contact the location at which you wish to use your coupons directly for confirmation.

Notes:
■ In order to use Go To Travel Regional Coupons, tickets must be purchased in person at the Upopoy ticket desk. (In such cases, please request a date-specific reservation ticket (free of charge) through Webket before traveling to Upopoy.)
■ Regional Coupons may be used to purchase date-specific one day tickets for Upopoy and one year passes .
■ Please note that we are unable to provide change even where the value of the coupons used is greater than the value of the tickets purchased.
■ Where the value of the tickets purchased is greater than the value of the coupons used, please use cash or another payment method to pay the remaining amount.
■ Electronic Regional Coupons are not currently accepted at Upopoy.
■ A reservation is currently required for entry to the National Ainu Museum exhibitions (reservations can be made from two weeks before the date on which you intend to visit). Please check the latest reservation information on the museum reservation site (e-tix reservation page: https://www.e-tix.jp/nam/en/) and make a reservation before visiting the museum.
